Elle invite \u00e0 suivre la voie (dao) du coeur (an\u0101hata) \u00e0 travers le mouvement du vivant, le souffle, la pr\u00e9sence, en laissant le corps r\u00e9v\u00e9ler son propre rythme.\u2028\u2028<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle ne cherche pas la performance ni la forme parfaite.<br>C\u2019est une pratique de <strong>retour<\/strong>, de r\u00e9p\u00e9tition douce et d\u2019\u00e9coute, o\u00f9 le mouvement devient un chemin pour se rassembler, s\u2019unifier et laisser le vivant circuler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les flows d&rsquo;An\u0101hata-dao sont des formes vivantes qu&rsquo;on r\u00e9p\u00e8te (au-del\u00e0 des ateliers) et qu&rsquo;on explore jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 les habiter \u00e0 notre mani\u00e8re, comme on habite notre vie. Ils nous invitent \u00e0 danser et chanter la vie, dans sa lumi\u00e8re, ses ombres et ses nuances, pour s\u2019y relier pleinement. Vous allez vivre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des temps de retour au corps et au souffle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des mouvements somatiques lents, fluides, souvent en spirale, explor\u00e9s en axe vertical et horizontal, au sol, debout ou assis.e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des r\u00e9p\u00e9titions qui permettent d\u2019int\u00e9grer le mouvement plut\u00f4t que de le contr\u00f4ler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des temps d&rsquo;observation, de visualisation, d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des temps d&rsquo;expression de soi que \u00e7a soit par le mouvement, par la voix avec des chants, par la pr\u00e9sence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La pratique se vit autant <strong>sur le tapis que hors du tapis<\/strong> :<br>ce qui s\u2019explore dans le mouvement devient une
