Ils ne cherchent pas \u00e0 r\u00e9parer, corriger ou acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer, mais \u00e0 cr\u00e9er les conditions int\u00e9rieures pour que chacun puisse <strong>revenir \u00e0 soi<\/strong>, puis has-text-color\">An\u0101hata-dao est une pratique collective n\u00e9e de la rencontre entre la sophrologie, le yoga, les pratiques somatiques, la voix, et la philosophie tao\u00efste.
